Town of Cheserfield's Comprehensive Plan

Good morning ALPOA Directors and Members,

I wanted to make you aware of an important public kickoff meeting for the Town of Chesterfield's Comprehensive Plan on April 30th at 6:00 PM at the Keeseville Elks Club.   The last Comprehensive Plan was completed in 1977.

What is a Comprehensive Plan?

A Comprehensive Plan is a vision for the future and a blueprint for how to get there including but not limited to: Economic Growth, Community Identity, Land Use, Recreation, Housing, Transportation & Hamlet Improvements.

Why should I attend the meeting?

This is your opportunity to learn about the Comprehensive Plan process and its importance and share your ideas and opinion.  You can help shape the future of Chesterfield!

What if I am interested but cannot attend the kickoff meeting?  How do I stay informed as to the project's progress?

Please check out the comprehensive plan website for  the plan: www.planchesterfield.com.

Please forward this email on to any other Town of Chesterfield residents that you feel might be interested in this important process.  Your assistance in getting a good cross section of our community at the meeting is most appreciated.

Please call me with any questions or concerns.  Happy spring to all!

Regards,
